The Implementation Of Software Project Management In Union Equipment Management Center

With the development of Information Technology, the integrated system projects become more and more complex. It won't be appropriate to fulfill a project depending on a personal ability. So Project Management should be introduced into the underway of Software Project. As an important part of Project Management of System Integration, software PM can reduce the exploitation cost of software project, and accelerate the exploitation plan of software project. So software PM turns into emphases during the development of software PM in every firm.This thesis firstly introduces the development of Chinese software and the history of Project Management and describes Union Equipment Management Center which the author participates in. Then this thesis describes how to use PM during the implementation of UEMC in details, involving the quality management and the risk management. Also the methods, the procedure and the results of the PM implementation mentioned above. In the aspect of quality management, QA is used to make sure the project keeps the right procedure and standard in the software development process, and follows the PDCA model in the implement process. And the PDCA model of the user module of UEMC is described in detail. In the aspect of risk management, based on WBS, RAC is used to analyze, evaluate, track and control the risk, and the way of keeping the risk away to solve the risk. At last, the experience and the lesson gained in the implementation of PM are abstracted, also the author get a conclusion in the end.The research result of this thesis is not only useful to the quality management and risk management of UEMC, but also useful to other firms'quality management and risk management for reference.
