Through instance the thesis probes into the design method of logic architecture and technology applied principle of information integration application based on Web Services, and analyzes how to realize or improve the integrated business process mode by use of Web Services.First of all, thesis indicates integration is the soul of SCM and the key point of successful implementation. No matter from enterprise strategy or operation aspect, only through integration and collaboration the performance of the whole supply chain.Secondly, the thesis analyzes information integration technology used in SCM at present from data and process integration two aspect, and point out their weak point. Afterwards, it introduces integration architecture based Web Services, and how can it adapt to inter-enterprise integration in supply chain.Finally, combining e-business patterns and technological characteristic of Web Services, taking Pepsi WAT operation mode of Beijing Pepsi-Cola Beverage co,Ltd as an example, the business drived design course of logic architecture and technology applied principle of information integration application based on Web Services. Meanwhile, in the course of design of Pepsi WAT, utilizing Web Services to realize and improve the business mode better, this have optimized management performance of supply chain.
