With the development of the network technical, Internet technique has already permeated to each field of the daily life and the industry production .It made the real-time remote monitoring and control of the industry automation production possible. Through the remote monitoring and control technique, the technical personnel needn't to attend personally or to be in bad environment. They can work at other places. That is one of the problems that people in the manufacturing industry and many other professions are always expecting the solutions. The only difference of the real-time remote monitoring and control technique and common real-time monitoring and control technique is the keyword remote. With the enlargement of remote monitoring and control object and the increase of collected measure data, the technique of network communication is more strictly requested.There are two ways to browse control information through Internet. We can integrate this function in configuration software. We also can do this through existing software technology,for example ASP with ActiveX or Java with JavaApplet,JavaBean.In this paper, Java programming language realization of the real-time remote monitoring and control system based on B/S mode is presented.Through the research of the theories and engineering practice, this thesis carried out systemic and deep research on the main contents of real-time remote monitoring and control system and some of its crucial technology, The Java based B/S framework real-time remote monitoring and control system for asphalt-concrete mixed plant is built. It primarily includes the realization of traditional remote monitoring and control system and of web-based real-time remote monitoring and control system. By analysing the characteristics of the real-time remote monitoring and control system on B/S mode, we realize that the real-time performance and network safety is the most important to the real-time remote monitoring and control system.Some safety techniques in network communication were emphasized in this paper. Several measures, which can enhance the real-time performance and the network safety, are put forward.At last, some real-time remote monitoring and control technology is prospected.
