In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the public transport system, public bicycle service system as an excellent solution to public travel "last kilometer problem", gradually began to be accepted by all. But as more and more people began to use public bicycles, "no bicycle can borrow ", "no place to park", "scheduling not in time" and other issues also began to emerge. In order to solve a series of problems appeared in the expansion of public bicycle service system, this paper has put forward the need to set up a real-time statistics and monitoring mechanism on public bicycle service system, and completed a public bicycle real-time statistics and monitoring system.In order to achieve the goal of carrying out real-time statistics and monitoring on the existing public bicycle management platform, in this paper, a thorough analysis on demand of real-time statistics and monitoring was carried on after fully understanding how the public bicycle management platform works at present. On this base, to lay a solid foundation for system solutions design and development of specific technology, a detailed technical pre-research for the key technologies which were involved in this system has been carried on, including real-time acquisition of vehicle spatial information, real-time aggregation of data, real-time display of spatial information and real-time data updating. This article related to the realization is based on Struts 2, Spring, Mybatis three open-source framework, combined with the back-end technology(such as Socket and RESTful Web services), database technology(such as Oracle and Redis), interactive technology(such as Ajax and WebSocket) and the front-end technology(such as BootStrap, Echarts and BMap API) for a specific program design and system development, achieved the purpose of carrying out real-time statistics and monitoring on the large operating data of public bicycle management platform. The specific work content and results of this paper are as follows:(1) After analyzing the user requirements of the public bicycle real-time statistics and monitoring system, I have carried on technical pre-research for the key technology and clarified the specific implementation and relevant applicable scope of the system;(2) I have completed the design of the overall framework of the system for the users’ needs. At the same time, combined with specific key implementation techniques, a detailed program was designed for the different functions and requirements of each module, to ensure that the public bicycle system can be managed by the real-time statistical monitoring platform.(3) By the detailed design, I have completed the development of the public bicycle real-time statistics and monitoring system, combined with the powerful spatial expression of Web GIS. Now, this system has helped staff members and policy makers to get the real-time data and improve their work.
