Research And Design On Ultra-high Speed ADC Circuit

Firstly,this thesis introduces function,appearance,development and technical prospect of A/D converter in the modern electronic technology.This thesis also states the main terms,parameters,types and basic principles of A/D converter. Meanwhile,the author expounds its theoretical basis-transfer function,the process and theory of quantization and sampling.Generally,an ultra-high speed A/D converter is an 1C device which is of high work consumption and high integrated degree. In order to realize the converting function of ultra-high speed A/D,the key problem the ADC designer faces is the structure of circuit in the same producing technology. After researched on domestic and foreign literatures,the author puts forward a kind of A/D converting circuit which meets the designing demand of ultra-high speed theoretically. At the same time,this thesis discusses how to make up a complete circuit in practice.
