The Automatic Weighing System of Winding Paper is developed. The main work and results are as follows:The overall project for the automatic weighing system of winding paper is proposed. The system is made up of three independent function modules. The measuring module converts the vesilience with its opposite signal; weighing unit realizes the data collection and signal handling, then sends it into enlarger, and through the A/D conversion, modulator, compensating sets and safe circuit correction, puts it in to outer unit by RS-232 Links Later. The industrial computer system establishes the related parameter and displays and puts and keeps in weighing results with the data output or save. The suitable selection of hardware and software development make the system have high value accuracy and super credibility.The software of the system is developed based on Windows NT. C++Builder is used to develop designing control procedure and to design the supervising main interface, Microsoft Access to set up the databases to search and to stock the message,and 3DS MAX R4 animation technique to imitate the locale conditions.The interface for user of the system is easy to operate, the system can be expanded easily in Net Working.
