The Design Of Engineering Experimental Information Collection System Based On Web Database

For satisfying the requirement of the data feature and the reliance degree on data for user, this paper establishes an information collecting and managing system based on Web database for engineering experimentation. Then it argues the strategy, methodology and key techniques which are used in collection, disposing, analysis, management and querying of data .The system has been verified by the life experimentation of composite coat part.The paper includes contents as follows:1. While designing the system structure, considering the function, the system is divided into several modules of self-governed. Furthermore, base on their relations, a reasonable structure is formed.2. Building the data collecting and inspecting system. It provides the base theory and the frame for the system.3. Studying data communication technology and applying it in engineering .The study focuses on the serial communication between PC and single chip microcomputer.4. Realizing of data disposing and analysis module. Through comparing and calculating the data, the conclusion is obtained and can be applied.5. Studying and setting up database based on Web for engineering experimentation. It includes the foundation of the data model, the selection of database system and the technology of accessing database, the technology of linking database dynamically at browser interface, and so on.6. The application of this system in life experimentation of composite coat part is also discussed. The effect is satisfying.
