Through analyzing problems that exist in the domestic and international weighing management and the application environment of the practical project, this thesis proposes a new mineral resource weighing system for the enterprise resource management, which is meaningful and significant for the factories and mines, enterprise production management, information technology, especially for the development of enterprises.Firstly, the thesis discusses and analyzes the developing status of domestic and international weighing systems, and expounds the source, background and significance of the paper. Furthermore, the thesis makes an analysis of the feasibility of the system and develops a detailed needs analysis on the basis of the weighing project. Based on the analysis of the system, the thesis focuses on the framework that is a combination of B/S and C/S models, and designs database for the main modules of the management system that based on B/S model and the client systems that based on C/S model. Besides, the thesis also illustrates the hardware and software environments required by the system and the detailed realization of the main functional modules. Finally, the thesis analyzes and generalizes the shortcomings of the system, which is beneficial for the further research.The main work and achievements of the project are as follows: firstly, the thesis surveys the current status of the domestic and international weighing system and business management, and then sums up some problems of traditional weighing management, meanwhile, makes the demand analysis for the proposed mineral resource weighing system in accordance with the actual project; Secondly, the thesis designs the system as the combination of the management system based on the B/S model and the client subsystem based on C/S model in accordance with the software architecture that derives from the demand analysis. Finally, the thesis provides the detailed designs and realizations of each subsystem, and also provides the codes of the core modules of the system.
