Dynamic weighing technology is widely used in the industrial manufacturing process and other fields, which simplifies the original operation procedure and improves the efficiency and accuracy of weight measuring.Dynamic weighing technology has been developed over one hundred years, undergoing four eras, namely: analog instrument, electrical and electronic instruments, microcomputer instrument and modeling instrument. Presently, lots of results have been achieved and several new measuring methods including dynamic measurement, online measurement, model measurement and digital measurement come into use. With the further development of computer technology, the perfect intelligent instruments and the application of advanced mathematic tools and control theory in these fields, dynamic weighing technology's utility in practice is very common. However, the current application mainly focuses on the aspects of orbit weighing, vehicle weighing and electronic belt weighing. As far as the application for liquid section, it is seldom. Research in this aspect is rather little.The dynamic weighing system for liquid is researched in this paper. Beginning from the dynamic equation, we derive reasonable mathematical model to assure the system's correctness in the theoretical aspect. In the system construction, we use advanced intelligent instruments such as single-chip microcontroller and PC to finish data acquisitions, the serial communication manner is used to realize the data transmission between single-chip microcontroller and PC; In the hardware aspect, we only use a displacement sensor to detect the parameter, saving the cost and decreasing the error caused by the components. Dynamicerror compensation is used to improve the accuracy of the system in the error processing aspect. Finally, experiments are carried out to verify the feasibility of this system.
