Chinese has been an independent subject more than a century Qing's government introduce educational system with "Zhou Ding Xue Tang Zhang Cheng" since January 13,1904. Studying classical Chinese poetry, which has been the main part of Chinese teaching, transfers to a part. The content of classical Chinese poetry gradually decreases with China's modernization process. Nevertheless, many modern scholars, on the base of summing up the experience in traditional Chinese teaching, are still devoting themselves to classical Chinese poetry teaching. They provide a great deal of discussion on the choice of teaching content and teaching methods. Since the new era, criticism of classical Chinese poetry teaching have been endless, on the other hand, we also take note that the research about the classical Chinese poetry teaching does not stop. Most of them are focus on the words' meanings and the teaching methods. By contrast, the study policies of Chinese classical poems on macro aspect are less. It is necessary to research the classical Chinese poetry and learning strategies for creating Chinese learning strategies. After all, the concept of learning strategies comes from the West; a phonetic system of learning strategies cannot be replicated. Studying classical Chinese poetry is to learn their mother tongue; we must attach great importance to the traditional teaching experience. In order to cultivate students' ability of self-study, it is important that we have to change the traditional education and establish the mode that the students' study means should be promoted by teachers' teaching games based on the theory of modern education psychology since the objectives and requirements of studying classical Chinese poetry have been transformed among students nowadays. This article describes the problem of teaching policy of Chinese classical poems and give several suggestion based on this two aspect.Papers related with the teaching of Classical Chinese Poetry focus on "what to be taught" and "how to teach". Teachers summarize the useful teaching methods mainly from their teaching practice and a number of excellent teachers have also emerged, such as Qian Menglong, Shen Hengzhong, Yuan Lu and so on. Good teaching experience can be learnt, but the effect of the teaching varies with the individual. The teacher role is effective in teaching; Focusing on the research of "how to teach" does not really solve the dilemma of teaching the Classical Chinese Poetry. Therefore, in the Classical Chinese Poetry study, we also need more concern about student learning status, learning psychology, and learning strategies. To study the students' learning strategies to make learning more effective, we must see that on the one hand the modern environment cannot be neglected, on the other the features of Classical Chinese Poetry also cause today's learning difficulties; it is necessary to use modern teaching ideas to study teaching methods and focus on the student learning psychology, but we also cannot ignore the characteristics of Classical Chinese Poetry, after all, Classical Chinese poetry learning is a part of mother tongue learning, the long-term formed learning methods and teaching methods are appropriate to the Classical Chinese Poetry's language structure and language style, and any deviation from the characteristics of Classical Chinese Poetry learning strategies are useless. Therefore, this article will explore Classical Chinese Poetry's learning strategies which are suitable for students in the modern environment based on the useful experiences from the traditional learning methods and the theory of modern learning strategies.
