The Clinical Research Of Sanhuang Decoction On Mixed Hemorrhoids Of Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome After Surgery

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Sanhuang Decoction on mixed hemorrhoid pain, bleeding, edema, exudate and defecation after surgery.Methods:It's a randomized study with 30 patients in treatment group and 30 patients in control group. Both groups use conventional therapy before and after surgery.The treatment group starts the treatment with Sanhuang Decoction in the day after surgery, and last for 7 days.The control group is not treated. Outcome measures include the points of pain, bleeding, edema, exudate, and defecation with the day of surgery and postoperative days 1,3,7.Then fill the points into the observation sheet follow the standard to assess the changes in the symptom score.Results:Both two groups have significant differences in bleeding and defecation at the first postoperative day. The third postoperative day,there are significant differences in pain, bleeding, defecation and exudates for both two groups.The Seventh postoperative day,there are significant differences in bleeding, defecation edema and exudates. After a course of treatment, the treatment group is significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Sanhuang Decoction can relieve pain,smooth defecation,reduce bleeding and the margin of edema after the damp-heat pouring downward syndrome mixed hemorrhoid surgery.It can promote healing and shorten the course of treatment.So it is a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine preparation without any adverse reactions.
