| Objective By observing the effect of acupoint sticking with Zibai Powder on postoperative complications of annular mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zibai Powder Acupoint Application on postoperative complications of annular mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome. Methods In a completely randomized controlled clinical study,100 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups by SPSS21.0 software.Based on routine postoperative treatment, the treatment group was given Zibai Powder Acupoint Application, and the control group was given Placebo Acupoint Application, which all acted on Ciliao,Chengshan and Yinlingquan.Acupoint application was applied on the day after surgery and after the first dressing change 3 days after surgery, once a day for 4 hours each time. The postoperative anal pain, anal edema and wound bleeding of the subjects were evaluated before treatment(1-2h after surgery)and at the time of first dressing change on the1 st,2nd,3rd,5th and 7th days after surgery; The wound healing was observed at the 14 th and21st postoperative days; The overall efficacy and safety were evaluated on the 7th postoperative day. After the collection of cases, statistical analysis was conducted to draw conclusions. Results 1.A total of 100 subjects were enrolled, including 4 cases of shedding and elimination, with a loss rate of 4%.96 cases were completed according to requirements, including 49 cases in the treatment group and 47 cases in the control group.2.There were no statistically significant differences in gender, age, course of disease, choice of intraoperative anoscope and number of external incisions between the two groups(P>0.05).Baseline data were well balanced and comparable.3.Comparison of anal pain scores: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable; There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups on the 1st postoperative day(P>0.05),and there were statistically significant differences on the2 nd,3rd,5th and 7th postoperative days(P<0.05),indicating a lower score in the treatment group.4.Comparison of perianal edema score: Both groups were 0 before treatment, which was comparable. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups on the 1st postoperative day(P>0.05),and there were statistically significant differences on the2 nd,3rd,5th and 7th postoperative days(P<0.05),indicating a lower score in the treatment group.5.Comparison of wound bleeding score: Both groups were 0 before treatment, which was comparable. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups on the 1st postoperative day(P>0.05),and there were statistically significant differences on the2 nd,3rd,5th and 7th postoperative days(P<0.05),indicating a lower score in the treatment group.6.Postoperative wound healing: On the 14 th day after surgery, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the wound healing rate in the treatment group was higher. On the 21 st day after surgery, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in wound healing rate between the two groups.7.Overall curative effect evaluation: On the 7th day after surgery, there were statistically significant differences in overall curative effect and total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The overall efficacy evaluation of the treatment group was better, and the total effective rate was higher.8.Safety evaluation: Safety. Conclusion Zibai Powder Acupoint Application has clinical curative effect on postoperative complications of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome annular mixed hemorrhoids. It is safe and can be popularized and applied in clinical practice. |
