Clinical Effect Observation On The Prevention And Treatment Of Defecation Difficulty In Mixed Hemorrhoids Postoperation Of Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome With Qingre Tongbiantang Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Tongbian Decoction in preventing and treating defecation difficulties in hemorrhoid of damp-heat pouring downward syndromeMethods: In this study,70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: the conventional treatment group and the Qingre Tongbian decoction treatment group,and both groups were treated for 7 days.To observe the first defecation time after operation and the defecation unobstructed degree,defecation time,fecal characteristics,defecation pain and defecation satisfaction and score of the two groups,and whether there was edema in the two groups during the postoperative recovery.According to the above data,judge the effect of Qingre Tongbian Decoction in the prevention and treatment of defecation difficulty after the operation of hemorrhoid of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome.Results:1.The first defecation time of the two groups was compared P=0.018,P < 0.05;the defecation unobstructed degree P=0.029,P < 0.05;the defecation time P=0.020,P <0.05;the fecal characteristics P=0.264,P>0.05;the defecation pain P=0.035,P <0.05;the defecation satisfaction P=0.073,P>0.05.The results showed that the treatment group could shorten the first defecation time after operation,and the treatment effect of defecation unobstructed degree,defecation time and defecation pain was better than that of the control group;and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the first defecation character and defecation satisfaction.2.On the third day after treatment,the p-values of defecation patency,defecation time,fecal characteristics,defecation pain and satisfaction were 0.013,0.003,0.027,0.026 and 0.011,respectively,which were less than 0.05.The results showed that on the third day after treatment,the overall treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.On the fifth day after treatment,the p-values of defecation patency,defecation time,fecal character,pain and satisfaction were 0.003,0.012,0.009,0.004 and 0.009,respectively,which were less than 0.05.The results showed that on the fifth day after the treatment,the overall treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.On the seventh day after treatment,the p-values of defecation patency,defecation time,fecal character,pain and satisfaction were 0.006,0.029,0.007,0.002 and 0.001,respectively,which were less than 0.05.The results showed that on the seventh day after the treatment,the overall treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.Compared with the number of patients with edema in the two groups,P = 0.030,P <0.05,indicating that the treatment group can reduce the number of patients with edema in the wound.Conclusion:Qingre Tongbian Decoction has a definite effect on the prevention and treatment of dysdefecation after the operation in mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome,it can effectively shorten the first defecation time,improve the degree of defecation patency,reduce the defecation time,improve the stool characteristics,relieve postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative wound edema,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
