| Purpose:This study focuses on the clinical efficacy of auricular acupressure on postoperative pain, constipation and sleep disorders of damp-heat-injected cricoid mixed hemorrhoids,in order to provide clinical reference for improving the common postoperative complications of damp-heat-injected cricoid mixed hemorrhoids and to obtain a more acceptable treatment method for patients.Method:One hundred patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into 50 cases each in the treatment and control groups according to the random number table method. The control group was given postoperative conventional treatment, and the treatment group was given postoperative conventional treatment combined with auricular pressure beans acting on the anus, the divine, rectal, subcortical, endocrine, sympathetic, and large intestine points. Both groups completed the assessment of the first treatment on the first postoperative day at 8:00 AM before the drug change. The patients were also observed on the1 st,3rd,5th,7th,and 10 th postoperative days for postoperative pain level, constipation, and sleep quality, and the Visual Analogue Scale scale(VAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale(PSQI),and Patient Assessment of Constipation Symptom(PAC-SYM)were recorded. The total course of treatment was 10 days, and the overall efficacy evaluation and safety evaluation were performed to investigate the efficacy of auricular pressure beans on postoperative pain, constipation and sleep disorders in damp-heat-infused cricoid mixed hemorrhoids.Result:One hundred patients with damp-heat-infused cricoid mixed hemorrhoids were selected,of which one case was excluded from the treatment group and four cases were shed from the control group, for a total of 95 patients to complete this study.Statistical comparison of the general conditions such as gender, age, distribution of disease duration and Preoprative VAS scale,PAC-SYM scale and PSQI scale between the two groups of cases showed that P>0.05,and the differences between the general conditions of the two groups of cases were not statistically significant, and they were comparable. The results of the study were analyzed as follows:(1)Postoperative pain: on the 1st and 3rd postoperative days, the difference in pain score between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences were statistically significant on postoperative days 5,7 and 10(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group. It indicates that auricular point pressure bean has a relieving effect on the postoperative pain of damp-heat infiltrated type of cricoid mixed hemorrhoids.(2)Constipation: On the 1st postoperative day, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of constipation(P>0.05).The differences were statistically significant on postoperative days 3,5,7,and 10(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group. This indicates that auricular acupressing bean has an improvement effect on the postoperative constipation of damp-heat-infused cricoid mixed hemorrhoids.(3)Sleep quality: On the 1st and 3rd postoperative days, the difference between the two groups in terms of sleep disorder score was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences were statistically significant on postoperative days 5,7 and 10(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group. It indicates that ear acupressing bean has a positive effect on reducing the postoperative sleep disorder condition of damp-heat-infused cricoid mixed hemorrhoids.(4)Overall efficacy: On the 10 th postoperative day,the healing rate of the treatment group was 65.3% and the total effective rate was 95.9%,while the healing rate of the control group was 30.4% and the total effective rate was 76.1%,and the difference between the overall efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)No significant abnormalities were found in the safety indicators of both groups during the treatment period. Conclusion:Auricular point sticking in conjunction with regular postoperative treatment can better relieve postoperative trauma pain, improve postoperative defecation and constipation, reduce postoperative sleep disorders, and have a facilitating effect on improving common postoperative complications of damp-heat-infused cricoid mixed hemorrhoids. |
