The Applied Clinical Research In Treating The Postoperative Mixed Hemorrhoids Of Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome With Erdiqingrungao

Objection:By observing the Erdiqingrungao’s effects of reducing the damp-heat degree of patients,and helping open defecation, easing the pain, reducing bleeding, promoting healing, shortening the course of treatment under the damp-heat syndrome after the mixed hemorrhoid operation.Methods:The sixty patients met inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The two groups all receive the conventional therapy after the operation. The patients in the experiment group began to take Erdiqingrungao the first day after operation,10ml each time, three times daily before meals,7days for a course of treatment. The patients in the control group took Zhi kanpian the first day after operation, once3pills, three times by day.7days for a course of treatment. The observation indexes include the changes of first day,second day, the fifth day and the eighth day after the operation’s tongue coating.The observation indexes include the changes of second day, the fifth day and the eighth day after the operation’s defecation condition, the pain of the cut, the amount of bleeding during the defecation and the overall curative effect of the two groups after they got treatment on the14th day, each point was recorded according to the standard, to observe each group’s the changing symptoms of the total integration, and to record the healing time of the two groups.Results:For the selected60patients, there is homogeneity but no significant difference on age, gender, course of disease, All of the patients with the red tongue with yellow sticky coating, pulse slide and fast. There is statistical significance (P<0.05) on rank test and test of defecation,bleeding and anal pain for defecation when2rd,5th,8th,days.which showing the Treatment group Better than the control group. There is statistical significance (P<0.05) on rank test and test of yellow sticky coating tongue when8th days after the patients of the two groups got the operation. Besides the1rd,2rd,5th,days.After one course of treatment is completed, the total effective rate of the treatment group is100%, while the control group is100%. There is statistical significance (P<0.05) through rank test and test. The overall curative effect of the two groups has significant difference after they got treatment on the14th day. This indicates that the treatment group is significantly better than the control group on overall curative effect after they got mixed hemorrhoids surgery. By comparing two cases of wound healing, there is statistical significance (P<0.05) through rank test and test and the healing time of treatment group is significantly shorter than the control group. There is no obvious adverse reactions and no significant changes on routine blood test and liver and kidney function before and after two groups’treatment. Conclusion:The Erdiqingrungao has very good curling effects after the mixed hemorrhoid operation under the damp-heat syndrome; It could lighten the degree of the damp-heat syndrome; moreover it could help open defecation, reduce the pain, bleeding after the operation, and promote the healing. It has no evident toxic and side-effect and could be used in clinical practice and the effects were better than the control group.
