Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Postoperative Edema And Pain Of Mixed Hemorrhoids(Damp-heat Type) With Wind-expelling,Heat-clearing,Dehumidifying And Detumescence Decoction

Purpose: To apply the functions of heat dehumidification detumescence soup in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids(hot and humid betting type)the swelling and pain,and hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium tablets,to observe the functions of heat dehumidification detumescence soup in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids(hot and humid betting type)of swelling and pain after clinical cure and security.Method: Choose accord with mixed hemorrhoid syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for treating type and need surgery of 72 cases of patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,all the 36 patients,the treatment group to adopt traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)the functions of heat dehumidification detumescence orally,oral control group using hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium dispersible tablet,two groups of patients are from the first day to start taking drugs,medicine last 2 weeks.1 day after surgery,6 days after surgery,and 14 days after surgery to observe two groups of anal pain and mouth edge edema changes of symptoms and signs,and graded,the score of each corresponding registration in the watch list,the final statistical analysis.Result: Two groups of patients with postoperative pain points on the 6th day after nonparametric test with significant difference(P < 0.05),there is statistical significance,two groups of postoperative edema 14 days and edge points by nonparametric test with significant difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.The duration of postoperative pain and edema in the two groups were respectively analyzed by non-parametric analysis,with significant difference(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The total curative effect of the two groups and the total efficacy of edema were statistically analyzed,with significant difference(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in alleviating postoperative pain and preventing postoperative traumatic edema.During the period of clinical research,the treatment group and control group there was no obvious malignant events,routine urine and blood tests before and after treatment,blood coagulation,electrocardiogram,chest x-rays,and liver and kidney function,etc.,have no obvious different.Conclusion: Since the proposed functions of heat-clearing and dehumidification detumescence soup(hot and humid betting type)for mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema andpain treatment has good effect,the herbal medicine medicinal broth is safe and effective,exact curative effect,has been found that the obvious adverse reactions.
