All these patients come from anorectal of the second people’s Hospital of Fujian traditional Chinese Medicine University during January 2015 to January 2016. Compared with the control group, then clear the clinical effect of huashiyizi decoction.Result:All 60 cases of patients were not lost. Before the treatment, Two groups in gender, age, course of disease distribution, external hemorrhoids resection number, the symptom score by statistical analysis showed no statistical significance (P>0.05).Two groups of data are comparable. Observe and record the main postoperative symptoms in 2,4,7,10,14 days of symptoms and score. When fourth,7, and 10 days after surgery, there was significant difference in the time of defecation in treatment group and control group (P< 0.05), the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group; In the stool character, there was statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P< 0.05), the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group; In the case of defecation, there was statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05), the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group; There was significant difference in defecation pain in treatment group and control group (P< 0.05), the treatment group was better than control group; In the bowel hemorrhage in the treatment group and control group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group; Fourteenth days after operation, the total effect of the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05), which showed that the total effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Significantly adverse drug reactions were not found in two groups.Conclusion:1. Clinical research results show that the huashiyizi decoction in the mixed hemorrhoids of Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome postoperative exhaust, defecation time, defecation, stool character, defecation pain, bleeding and other symptoms score and the total effect is better than Maren pills.2、Huashiyizi decoction in a short period of time quickly relieve defecation difficulties after surgery and in the treatment is better than that of Maren Pills, and no adverse drug reactions and dependence.
