The Clinical And Experimental Study To Qingbi Decoction And Small Dose Leflunomide On Rheumatoid Arthritis In Active Stage

Objective:Utilizing Chinese medicine and western medicine theory, this article study Pathological mechanisms of active rheumatoid arthritis from clinical and Experimental Research.Method:60 cases with active RA including in-patient and out-patient patients were divided into two groups. The treatment group,30 cases, used the Qingbi decoction; The control group,30 cases,used western medicine.After 2 months, observe the treatment efficacy.Experimental research:xiaobi decoction, the impact of Methotrexate on inflammatory cytokines of adjuvant arthritis rats. Results:clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups had distinctly differences after treatment (P<0.05). But there were no significant difference between two groups on Experimental Research (P>0.05) There were significant differences on side effects between two groups (P<0.05).
