Clinical Effect Observation Of Qingbi Decoction In Treating Dampness-heat Obstruction Type Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: Through observing the clinical efficacy of Qingbi decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis of Dampness-heat Obstruction Type,to explore its clinical practicability and provide a new method for the treatment of this type of knee osteoarthritis.Methods: Fifty patients(Dampness-heat Obstruction Type)with knee osteoarthritis were divided into a treatment group and a control group randomly,25 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Qingbi decoction and Celecoxib orally,while the control group was treated with Xianling Gubao and Celecoxib orally.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The VAS score and WOMAC index were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Analyzed them statistically to determine the clinical efficacy.Results: In this study,50 patients with Dampness-heat Obstruction Type of knee osteoarthritis were treated.The treatment group was treated with Qingbi decoction and Celecoxib.After 4 weeks observation,11 cases were excellent,7 cases were good,5 cases were middle,2 cases were poor.In the treatment group,the excellent and good rate was 72% and the total effective rate was 88%;while in the control group,8 cases were excellent,6 cases were good,8 cases were middle and 3 cases were poor,the excellent and good rate was 64% and the total effective rate was 84%.The excellent and good rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score and WOMAC index were significantly improved in both groups,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qingbi decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of Damp-heat Accumulation knee osteoarthritis,improve the joint function and relieve the pain.Qingbi decoction has obvious curative effect and clinical practical value.
