Clinical Observation On Effect Of Fumin Qingbi Granules On Hemoglobin And Platelet In Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: To observe the improvement level of hemoglobin and platelet of Fumin Qingbi granule in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis and evaluate its clinical efficacy,so as to provide theoretical basis and diagnosis and treatment for better research of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods :72 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis were collected strictly according to the inclusion,affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional chinese medicine,were collected strictly according to the inclusion standard and exclusion standard,and were randomly divided into 36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group,and the course of treatment was 3 months.To observe the improvement level of hemoglobin and platelet and the relief degree of clinical symptoms in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis,including TCM syndrome score,DAS28 score,joint tenderness number,joint swelling number,VAS score,HAQ score,ESR,etc.efficacy assessment standard and western medicine efficacy assessment standard(ACR20/50/70)to evaluate its overall efficacy.Results :1.After 3 months of treatment,the hemoglobin value of the two groups of patients increased to varying degrees,the platelet value decreased to varying degrees,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;2.The curative effect of TCM syndrome and western medicine in the treatment group(ACR20/50/70)were significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion: Fumin Qingbi granule can improve hemoglobin and platelet level of active rheumatoid arthritis and relieve clinical symptoms.
