Clinical Research On The Effect Of Re Bi Xiao Decoction In Treating Active Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:Utilizing Chinese medicine and western medicine theory and according to the experience of the tutor, this article study clinical efficacy of Rebixiao decoction treating rheumatoid arthritis from clinical research .Method:50 cases with active RA including in-patient and out-patient patients were divided into two groups. The treatment group,25 cases, used the decoction of Rebixiao; The control group ,25 cases ,used western medicine .After 2 months, observe the treatment efficacy of two groups and the impact on ESR,RF and CRP. Results:According to clinical observation, the total efficacy of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05);Main clinical symptoms and symptom score of the two groups had been improved significantly after the treatment and had distinctly differences (P<0.01orP<0.05) before and after treatment. But there were no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05);There were no significant differences (P>0.05) on. RF values of both the groups before and after the treatment. There were significant differences (P<0.01) on ESR,CRP before and after treatment .Comparisons between groups, ESR had no significant difference (P>0.05),CRP had significant differences (P<0.05)the treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion: The effect of Rebixiao decoction and western medicine had no significant differences regard to treating active RA.
