ObjectiveWith the development of society, the medical society for mankind more and more new technologies and new methods, greatly increased the population's health. The pattern of medical education changes with the medical model has been a fundamental change. Lifelong Education instead of the traditional concept of disposable medical education. Continuum of medical education has been basically formed, this continuum has three interrelated process, content and requirements are different, the nature and purpose of education in different stages, namely, the institutions of higher learning of basic medical education, graduate medical education and Continuing Medical Education. Residents graduate medical education training is an important component of clinical training of personnel on the connecting link between an important role. Through the collection of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, from 2002 to 2006 participated in standardized training of resident sex, age, education, job title, ideological and moral quality, attendance, medical regulations, professional theoretical knowledge and quality of medical records, clinical skills, foreign language and other aspects of professional, standardized training residents in our school analysis of the effects, the functions of the hospital sector in the specific implementation and management process to provide a scientific basis.Object and methodsCollected from 2002 to 2006, participated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, standardized training of resident sex, age, title, education, ideological and moral quality, attendance and other basic information, the balance of various groups test; this five-year resident of the medical regulations, professional theoretical knowledge, quality of medical records, clinical skills, professionalism and a total score of foreign language analysis of variance, analysis of the other statistically significant differences using the LSD method were variable number of pairwise comparison.
