To participate in the training of residents in accordance with the location of the secondary subjects divided into three groups: internal medicine, surgery and medical, the results of each group were analyzed by analysis of variance, analysis of variance with statistical significance of the variables using LSD were compared. In this research, info Epi software is used to establish the database. The data is entered and the logic is checked, and the SPSS19.0 software is used to analyze the data. Results: in Xinjiang from 2012 to 2014 in standardized training of resident physicians, and differences in the quality of medical records and the total score is statistically significant, after comparing the found in different years in hospital physician performance significantly; the resident points for the medical, surgical and medical technology are the three groups, the results of them were compared, found that the differences between the three groups of residency at the professional theory and the quality of medical records, and clinical skills with statistical significance, the interactions between the clear differences between every two groups has statistical significance.
