The competition between hospitals is the competition of quality and efficiency,but also the competition of health talents.As the first layer of the pyramid of doctors,residents are the main force in the clinical frontline and the cornerstone of medical quality and efficiency.This study researched XZ residency training program from A hospital,through literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and comparative analysis methods,in order to investigate the status and effects of the project.Statistical method were used as well to analyze the result of the questionnaire,passing rate of medical qualification exam,results of annual examination and passing rate of the graduation examination.XZ trainees had a high overall satisfaction with the project.In several aspects,such as the individual factor,the teacher factor,the training activity factor,the training condition factor,the training effect factor as well as the management and the incentive factor,XZ trainees were relatively satisfied.The academic performance of XZ trainees was generally lower than that of social trainees.Further more,the passing rate of medical qualification examination and it of graduation examination of han trainees in XZ program were obviously higher than that of non-han students.According to the results,the author believes that A hospital had a well-constructed residency training system with solid foundation,sound system and standardized management.Clinical skills training,ward-round teaching and academic ability training should be further strengthened.Further mor,Influenced by the basic conditions and cultural background of XZ trainees,the overall training quality of the XZ residency training program need to be improved.Trainers should pay more attention to XZ trainees' mental health,help the non-han trainees adapt to the high rhythm,high strength and different cultural work environment,at the same time,also need to follow the "adult education theory",strengthen the trainees' ability of self-study,and optimize the assessment system,so as to improve the quality of the training program.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the talent cultivation and human resource construction of first-line doctors in hospitals and provide reference for the development of residenty training system.
