The Clinical Research Of The Curative Effect Interfered By QuYuZhiTong Tang On Migraine

Object:We observe the curative effect of QuYuZhiTong Tang on the patients who were suffering from Migraine,so as to find new methods and drugs to treat it.Methods:60 patients, who were suffering from Migraine, were divided into two groups at random. The treatment group which involved 30 patients had been taken QuYuZhiTong Tang for 28 days. The contract group was given YangXueQingNao Grain for the same days. Observe the changes of headache, symptoms and TCD at the beginning and ending of the experiment. Then the statistical work was done with the data.Results:There is a significant difference at headache, symptoms and TCD for two groups compareing the beginning(P<0.05). And the curative effect of treatment group is better than the contract group,s(P<0.05).Conclusion:The QuYuZhiTong Tang according to Xingiqihuoxuehuatan can evidently ease headache by regulating vasoconstriction and vasodilatation and controling inflammation.
