The Clinical Research Of The Curative Effect Interfered By Fufangshaoganroujin Tang On Tension Headache And The Mechanism Of It

Object: We observe the clinic curative effect of Fufangshaoganroujin Tang on the patients who were suffering from tension headache and reveal the mechanism of it,so as to find new methods and drugs to treat it.Methods:60 patients,who suffer from tension headache,were divided into two groups at random. The treatment group which involved 30 patients had been taken Fufang shaoganroujin Tang for 28 days. The contract group were given Fufangyangjiao capsule. Observe the changes of symptoms,and SP,5-HT,K⁺,Mg²⁺ in blood at the beginning and ending of the experiment. And at the same time the TCD .Then the statistical work were done with the data.Results: After counted with statistics,Fufangshaoganroujin Tang is safe and effective to cure tension headache. The clinical observations show that the total notably effective rate of the treatment group is 80% ,and the total effective rate is 93.3%;while the total notably effective rate of the control group is 33.3%,and the total effective rate is 80%. The difference of the total notably effective between the two groups is significant(P<0.01),while the total effective rate of them is insignificant(P >0.05). And besides the pale face there is a significant difference at the aspect of improving the other symptoms of the patients who get the Fufangshaoganroujin Tang after 28 days. And at the same time the curative effects of Fufangshaoganroujin Tang group are much better than the control group ,besides the pale face and insomnia, the different results between the two groups after research are obvious (P<0.05,P<0.01). After 28 days of treatment ,the patients'index of examination, including SP,5-HT,K⁺,Mg²⁺ in blood,TCD were all improved(P <0.05,P<0.01).
