| Objective：Clinical observation of insomnia associated with migraine Toufengdecoction prevention, evaluation of its role in the treatment of migraine effectiveness andimprove sleep quality, and provide the theoretical basis and practical experience for theclinical application side, broaden TCM prevention and treatment of insomnia clinic ideas.Methods：Choose standard cases60cases,30cases were randomly divided intotreatment group and the control group of30patients. Treatment group Toufeng decoction,decoction, day one; the control group oral Xibiling, each10mg orally, once before bed.Changes in credit after8weeks of treatment in both groups before and after treatmentheadache, migraine-specific quality of life scale (MSQOL) and Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS), to determine the clinical efficacy; and at the end of one month trial,2month,3month follow-up treatment group and the control group of patients, their headachesymptoms score statistics to evaluate Toufeng decoction with migraine prophylaxisXibiling effect.Results：After statistical analysis, the total efficiency of the treatment group and92.6%in the control group, the total efficiency of82.1%, the total efficiency of the twogroups there was a significant difference (P <0.01). Treated headaches, MSQOL, AISchanges than the control group; follow-up after the end of the test the effect of migraineprevention treatment group than the control group.Conclusion：Toufeng decoction can significantly improve symptoms of headache,migraine patients to improve sleep quality and quality of life. Toufeng decoction in termsof the treatment of migraine patients achieve better clinical efficacy, and low long-term recurrence rate, compared with Xibiling obvious advantages. |
