Migraine Without Aura Of TCM Syndrome Type Distribution And Toufeng Decoction Intervention

Objective:Collected from clinical cases of migraine without aura, to be analyzed byits main clinical features, summarize the distribution of disease type, with a clinicalmigraine without aura provide a theoretical basis for treatment. And through randomizedcontrolled trials confirmed the Tou feng soup for migraine without aura, The TCM ofmigraine without aura provide new ideas and effective way to enrich the content ofmigraine therapeutics, improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A rating scale was made with refercence to”The TCM SyndromeDifferentiation and Diagnostic Criteria for Tou feng disease”,132patients under migrainewithout aura were evaluated based on this scale and their TCM syndrome types wereassorted. Sixty cases that had Shi Re (Damp-Hot) syndrome were selected and randomlydivided into the treatment group and the control group, with30in eaeh group.Thetreatment group was treated with Tou Feng soup and sibelium, while the control group wastreated with sibelium. The course of treatment lasted three months.In order to observe itsefficacy in headache symptoms, headache index, clinical efficacy were observed on1th,2th and3th of the course.Results:Of the total Migraine without aura case,74.24percent had the syndrome ofShi Re (Damp-Hot). Treatment group during the observation period headache symptoms,headache index, clinical efficacy than in the control group had a distinct advantage.Conclusion:The main TCM syndrome type in migraine without aura is Shi Re(Dam-Hot), Tou feng Soup has very signifieant efficacy in treating migraine without aura.
