The fundamengal pathogenesis lies in up-stirring of liver and stagnation of qi and blood stasis. So estabishes the treating rule--calm the liver to stop the wind, activate the channels and relieve pain.30 cases are treated by siiutiaanning Granula, 30 cases by Fufangyangjiao Capsule, 30 cases by Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules.The statistical results showed that the best rate of effect in treatment group is 55.7 1%. The total rate of effect is 90.00%. there are remarkable difference corIred with controll group(P<0.0l),but no differerce with the first controll group (P>0.05).Theefficacy of improving symptoms intr~atment group are better than controll groups.The rusults in aminal experiments showed that Shutianning Granula can elevate the theshold limitvalue of pain, raise the lecel of β-EP and abate the lev~t NPY.
