The Clinical Research Of The Revevance Of Toufeng Disease Onset And Free Radicals And The Role Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treatment

Objective:To compare the free radicals(SOD,MDA) level in the Toufeng disease, named Migraine,onset group with them in health group,and to observe the influence of clearing heat and expelling dampness treatment working on the Toufeng patients' free radicals level,so to explore the pathogenesis of the Toufeng disease and mechanism of the clearing heat and expelling dampness treatment role in migraine,as well as to provide an effective treatment for migraine with integration of traditional and western medicine. Methods:To test and compare the free radicals(SOD,MDA) level in the Toufeng disease onset 100-case group with in healthy 100-case group,and to divide the patients randomly into two groups.The clearing heat and expelling dampness treatment 50-case group were given jiajian erchen decoction,and the control 50 cases take Flunarizine capsule 5mg twice a day,then to test the SOD,MDA levels of Chinese medicine treated group during intermittent period in 3 months treatment,and record the two patient group's headache indices.Results:Compared with in the healthy group,the level of SOD was significantly decreased(p＜0.05),while the MDA level was significantly increased(p＜0.01) in patient group;the level of SOD in the treatment patients was much higher and the level of MDA was much lower after clearing heat and expelling dampness treatment 3-4 days(p＜0.01). Its clinical significant Efficiency was 86.14%,while the control group's significant clinical efficiency was 70.12%,and the statistical analysis also showed that clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than in the control group((?)R_treatment=0.4030,(?)_control=0.5970) Conclusion:The free radical balance disorder is one of the important pathogenesis in Migraine.And the clearing heat and expelling dampness can against free radical damage and significantly alleviate Migraine with higher treatment efficacy.
