Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Migraineur(Headachephase) With Huatanquyufang Dialectical Therapy

The purpose：To observe the Huatanquyufang Differentiation Treatmenting，s clinicalcurative effect of migraine(headache period) and explore its mechanism action.To find anew thinking and effective agent for treatment of migraine,so to reflect the advantage oftraditional Chinese medicine,s dialectical treatment of migraine.Method:60patients with migraine of headache period,all conforms to the diagnosticcriteria. According to random,single blind method,they were divided into the treatmentgroup and control group. They were divided into different syndrome types based on thesymptoms, signs,tongue,pulse and so on.21days of Continuous administration, So toobserve the major headache symptoms and signs of migraine, TCD and indexes of bloodrheology changes.Result:The total effectivenes of treatment group was93.33%, total effective curative effectof control group was72%.Two groups,symptoms, signs and TCD indexes of headacheafter treatment were improved significantly (P <0.05),compered with prior treatment. Andthe treatment group,s curative effect is better than that of control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Huatanquyufang Differential Treatment,(Removing phlegm and blood stasis,dredging veins then the pain relieve,as the main effect), has a better curative effect overmigraine of headache period. This phenomenon might be related to the regulation of bloodrheology, control the inflammation and so on.
