| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of conventional therapy adds percussopunctator pricking acupoints and ventouse on the treating of asthma chronicity-persistent period.Mean -while,its mechanism was approached.Methods:Ordering numbers according to the patients visiting time,fourty eight patients who met a criterion were randomly divided into two groups by simple randomized method.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group.Each group contained twenty four patients.In the treatment group,the acupoints were selected by differentation of symptoms and signs,then pricking acupoints using percuss -opunctator and twinkling cupping in order to draw off a small quantity stagnant blood.At last,removed cupping cup and scoured blood stain with degerm cotton ball.This operation was done one time every other day.The total course of treatment was three months.Patients of the control group were treated through routine method according to 2003 guide for asthma prevention and cure.Two groups patients need do pulmonary function test prior treatment and after treatment.The blood serum in peripheral blood of them was measured in order to know immunoglobulin E(IgE), CD4+ ,CD8+.During the stage of therapy, acute episodes were recorded once time per week.we did a fllow-up visit by telephone later three months after treament.Result:Total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8%, and it was 70.8% in the control group.There was obviously changes between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).1 Total immunoglobulin E(IgE) was 187.96±44.31 before treatment and 155.04±28.42 after treatment in the treatment group.It was 193.54±42.19 and 175.71±45.06 in the control group.There was obviously changes between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).It manifested the treat -ment group was more obviously than the control group on IgE.2 CD4+ accounted percentage of T leukomonocyte was 38.05±2.06 before treatment and 37.15±1.82 after treatment in the treatment group.It was 37.93±1.25 and 37.62±1.22 in the control group.There was obviously changes between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).CD8+ accounted percentage of T leukomonocyte was 24.95±1.38 before treat -ment and 25.91±1.49 after treatment in the treatment group.It was 25.08±1.56 and 25.33±1.53 in the control group.There was obviously changes between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).It manifested the treatment group was more obviously than the control group about the adjustment effect of CD4+ and CD8+. 3 PEF was 4.49±0.93 before treatment and 4.79±0.94 after treatment in the treatment group.It was 4.60±0.84 and 4.85±0.77 in the control group.There was no obviously changes between the treatment group and the control group(P﹥0.05).FVC was 2.77±0.25 before treatment and 2.89±0.31 after treatment in the treatment group.It was 2.76±0.23 and 2.82±0.21 in the control group.There was no obviously changes between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).FEV1 is 1.94±0.29 before treatment and 2.17±0.25 after treatment in the treatment group.It is 1.96±0.23 and 2.13±0.22 in the control group.There was no obviously changes between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).But there were greatly differences on PEF,FVC and FEV1 AP treatment in two group(P<0.01).4 There were twelve patients no acute episode,nine patients once,three patients twice,it was six patients,ten patients and eight patients in the control group.There was obviously changes between the treatment group and the control group on the times of acute episode(P<0.05).At follow-up visit by telephone later three months,there was two patients missing vist in the treatment group and one patient in the control group.There was one patient having gasp in the treatment group and six patients in the control group.Conclusion:In the chronicity-persistent of period bronchial asthma,patients were treated by conventional therapy with pricking meridian and ventouse.The clinical symptoms of them were amelioration, organism immunity was improved,airway hyper reactivity was degraded.This method was profit for asthmatic long-term stabilization,then its operation was conven -ient.
