Clinical Research Of Zuogui Jiajian Decoction Combined Fluticasone Propionate Inhaled Aerosol Treats Asthma Children In Chronicity-persistent Period With Yin Deficiency Of Lung-kidney Habitus

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zuogui Jiajian Decoction combined Fluticasone Propionate Inhaled Aerosol in curing chronic duration of bronchial asthma kids with the habitus about yin scarcity of lung-kidney,and compare the count of TCM habitus?amount of paroxysm about asthma?duration of asthma?asthma control degree?C-ACT score?Fe NO from beginning to end.Methods: Collected 60 cases diagnosed with chronic duration of bronchial asthma and with the habitus about yin scarcity of lung-kidney by Subsidiary Hospital of CDUTCM.Randomized assigned the patients into the group of experiment and the group of antitheses.Debarred the cases of ecclasis,29 cases were finally acceded to the group of experiment and 30 cases to the group of antitheses.The group of experiment was cured by Jiajian Zuogui Decoction combining Fusulinone and the group of antitheses was only cured by Fusulinone.After a eight-weeks period of treatment,Accumulated the count of TCM habitus ? amount of paroxysm about asthma?duration of asthma?asthma control degree?C-ACT score?Fe NO from beginning to end.Analyses software SPSS23.0 was selected to construe the data.Outcome:1.There were statistical significance both in the group of experiment and the group of antitheses in improving the amount of paroxysm about asthma?duration of asthma?asthma control degree?C-ACT score?Fe NO after treatment(P<0.05);the group of experiment had strikingly effective in the count of TCM habitus has significantly difference(P<0.05),but the group of antitheses has no significant difference on this(P>0.05).2.The improvement effect about the count of TCM habitus ? the amount of paroxysm about asthma?duration of asthma?C-ACT score?asthma control degree and Fe NO between the group of experiment and the group of antitheses has no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Zuogui Jiajian Decoction combined Fusulinone can improve the habitus of yin deficiency of lung-kidney about the bronchial asthma children of chronic persistent.2.Zuogui Jiajian Decoction combined Fusulinone can improve the amount of paroxysm about asthma ? duration of asthma's paroxysm ? C-ACT score ? Fe NO significantly.3.During the curing period of Zuogui Jiajian Decoction combined Fusulinone improve the habitus of yin deficiency of lung-kidney about the bronchial asthma children of chronic persistent,observed no side effects.
