Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of "Shao's Yang Deficiency Asthma Paste" Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Mild Persistent Period Of Adult Bronchial Asthma

Objective: To observe 30 cases of chronic Mild duration persistent asthma patients with syndrome,pulmonary function,Fe NO and ACT scale before and after treatment to improve the situation,by comparing with Montelukast sodium to evaluate the ‘Shao Shi Yang Xu’ asthma sticker in the clinical curative effect Methods:Using randomized method,60 patients with Mild duration chronic persistent asthma(kidney yang deficiency)patients,according to the ratio of 1:1 were divided into two groups,the treatment group in the hot summer season with the ‘Shao Shi Yang Xu’ asthma sticker,control group take the Montelukast sodium orally,observation of chronic Mild duration persistent asthma(kidney yang deficiency)patients before and after treatment of symptoms,pulmonary function,Fe NO and ACT scale improvement.Results:The treatment group chronic Mild duration persistent asthma(kidney yang deficiency)patients,the use of the ‘Shao Shi Yang Xu’ asthma sticker,a total of 30 cases,effective in 22 cases,accounting for 73.4%,invalid in 8 cases,accounting for 26.6%,the total efficiency of the treatment group 73.4%.The control group chronic Mild duration persistent persistent asthma(kidney yang deficiency)patients with Montelukast sodium,a total of 30 cases,effective 21 cases,accounting for 70%invalid in 9 cases,accounting for 30%,,the total efficiency of the control group 70%.Through statistical analysis,indicating the ‘Shao Shi Yang Xu’ asthma sticker and Montelukast sodium has the same effect in the treatment of asthma,b but ‘Shao Shi Yang Xu’ asthma sticker can significantly improve the symptoms: aversion to cold,Yaoxisuanruan,improve the symptoms of shortness of breath,night urination.Conclusion:In the hot summer day,the ‘Shao Shi Yang Xu’ asthma sticker paste acupoint and Montelukast sodium has the same effect in the treatment of asthma,but ‘Shao Shi Yang Xu’ asthma sticker can significantly improve the symptoms of Yang deficiency and improve the quality of life of patients and reduce their acute attacks.
