Clinical Observation On Pingchuan Particles In The Treatment Of Chronicity-Persistent Period In Bronchial Asthma (Yang Deficiency Type) And Its Effect On IL-17, IL-23

Objective:To observe the effects of Pingchuan Granule on TCM syndromes,lung wheezing sound,ACT score,pulmonary function,safety,IL-17 and IL-23 in serum of chronic persistent asthma(yang deficiency type)patients,and evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods:70 patients with chronic persistent asthma(yang deficiency type)who were in the second or third level of the disease were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.The treatment group 35 cases were given Pingchuan Granule,while 35 cases in control group were given salmeterol assigned powder inhaler.Observe two groups of medications in patients with clinical symptoms and signs improved,ACT scores,pulmonary function(FEV1、FEV1/FVC%),IL-17,IL-23 content in blood.Results:1.The clinical effect of Pingchuan Granule group was significant,the total effective rate was 96.97%,compared with the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Pingchuan Granule can significantly improve TCM syndromes and ACT score,but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).3.Pingchuan Granule group can effectively improve the lung wheezing sound,compared with the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Pingchuan Granule on pulmonary function(FEV1、FEV1/FVC%)in patients with no obvious improvement,comparison before and after the treatment has no statistical significance(P>0.05).5.The two groups after treatment IL-17,IL-23 were decreased,in group comparison the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and between two group curative effect was quite(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Pingchuan Granule can improve TCM syndrome,lung wheezing sound,ACT score.2.Pingchuan Granule can obviously decrease the levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in serum...
