Clinical Research Of Danlong Dingchuan Decoction Treats Asthma Children In Chronicity-persistent Period With Qi Deficiency Of Lung And Spleen With Phlegm-stasis Pattern

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Danlong Dingchuan Decoction in treating asthma children of Chronicity-persistent period with qi deficiency of lung-spleen and phlegm-stasis pattern,and compare the scores of TCM syndromes?asthma control degree?C-ACT score and lung function before and after treatment.Methods: From 70 children diagnosed with chronic persistent asthma and with qi deficiency of lung-spleen and phlegm-stasis pattern by Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM.According to the Randomized control principle,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group.Exclusion of exfoliated cases,34 cases were included in the experimental group and 35 cases in the control group.The experimental group was treated with Danlong Dingchuan Decoction orally and the control group was treated with Fluticasone Propionate Inhaled Aerosol for two weeks as a course of treatment and observe a treatment.Record the score of TCM syndromes?asthma control degree?C-ACT score and lung function before and after treatment.SPSS23.0 was used to analyze the data.Result:1.Danlong Dingchuan Decoction is effective in treating chronic persistent bronchial asthma in children.The clinical control rate of the experimental group is 14.70%,and the total effective rate is 88.24%.The clinical control rate of the control group is 2.86%,and the total effective rate is 94.29%.The total clinical effective rate of the control group was better than that of the experimental group,with no significant difference(P>0.05);the clinical control rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Danlong Dingchuan Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of asthma,like chest tightness,wheezing,cough and expectoration,with significant statistical significance(P<0.05);the improvement effect of the experimental group on the main symptoms is lower than that of the control group,but there is no significant difference(P>0.05).3.Danlong Dingchuan Decoction has significant improvement effect of lustreless,fatigue,Poor appetite,Shortness of breath,Spontaneous sweating,Loose stool and other secondary symptoms(P<0.01),and the improvement effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.4.Danlong Dingchuan Decoction can effectively improve the C-CAT score of patients.Compared with pretreatment,the C-CAT score of the two groups improved after treatment,with significant difference(P<0.01),while the control group was slightly better than the experimental group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).5.Danlong Dingchuan Decoction can improve the pulmonary function(PEF)of the children.Compared with pretreatment,the pulmonary function(PEF)of the two groups after treatment has significant improvement(P<0.01),while the control group is slightly better than the experimental group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).6.Danlong Dingchuan Decoction can effectively improve the asthma control level of patients.Compared with pretreatment,the asthma control level of the two groups improved 12 weeks after treatment,with significant difference(P<0.01),while the control group was slightly better than the experimental group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Danlong Dingchuan Decoction can improve the symptoms,signs and TCM syndromes of Chronicity-persistent period in Children asthma with Qi deficiency of lung and spleen with phlegm-stasis pattern.2.Danlong Dingchuan Decoction can improve the pulmonary function?the C-CAT score ?the asthma control level classification of Chronicit y-persistent period in Children asthma with Qi deficiency of lung and spleen with phlegm-stasis pattern.3.Danlong Dingchuan Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of asthma children in chronicity-persistent period.
