Clinical Study On Acupoint Catgut Implantation With Functional Training For The Treatment Of Dysphagic Patients After Stroke

Objective:To randomized controlled trials,Discussion the acupoint catgut implantation with functional training on the stroke of clinical dysphagia,provide a theoretical basis and further expand the scope of the acupoint catgut implantation.Method:The study in 2007,5 to 2008,3 month period,the Guangzhou University of ICM of the First Affiliated Hospital of acupuncture wards and the Department of Neurology,the Army General Hospital to collect the 65 cases of dysphagia after stroke patients with randomized controlled study,treatment Group of 33 cases,32 cases of the control group.Thread Embedding were used with electro-acupuncture and exercise for treatment, treatment of one clinical effects observed after treatment.Results:The actual observation of 33 cases and recovered 9 cases,14 cases markedly effective.Effective 7 cases,the total efficiency of 91.01%; observation of the actual control group of 32 cases,recovered 6 cases, 11 cases markedly effective.Effective 10 cases,the total efficiency of 84.38%.The total effective catgut embedding group was better than the electro-acupuncture group(P＜0.05).The treatment group in dysphagia grade,sub-water test score are better than the control group(P＜0.01);ADL points in the two groups after treatment in contrast there was no significant difference(P＞0.05).By comparing the number of stroke,treatment timing,age of onset and treatment of the relationship between the initial discovery of stroke and stroke than 1,2 and above compared to a significant difference(P＜0.05).Treatment time in 3-6 weeks.3 month,6 month,compared to between a significant difference(P＜0.05);aged 40-50 years old,51-70 years old,71-80 years old inter-between between the efficacy compared to a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut implantation with functional training on the stroke dysphagia have the exact clinical efficacy in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke,the frequency of stroke,treatment of age, treatment impact on the timing of the clinical effects of treatment.
