The Observation Of Hysteromyoma Treated By Catgut Implantation At Acupoint Compounding With Ramulus Cinnamomi,Poria Capsules

Objective:By observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapycombined with Guizhifuling Capsule on hysteromyoma,to explore the therapy that canimprove the clinical efficacy of conservative treatment on uterine fibroids,such as blockingthe growth of uterine fibroids or reduce the volume of leiomyoma, effective methods toimprove irregular menstruation, abdominal pain and other symptoms caused by the myomaof uterus.Methods: Select90patients with uterine leiomyoma that tally with standard cases,who trested in Shanxi People’s Hospital from2011December to2012December. Dividedthem into3groups randomly, respectively for treatment group (acupoint catgut embeddingtherapy combined with Guizhifuling capsule group,control group1(with Guizhi FulingCapsule group) and the control group2(with nothing group),each for30cases.The patientsin treatment group and the control group1were given Guizhi Fuling Capsule,from the firstday after menstruation,3capsules each time,3times a day. the menstrual period need nottake medicine. The treatment group were given a catgut implantation at acupoint, acupointselection: close yuan, Sanyinjiao,uterine cavity,within3days after the period.the controlgroup2were given nothing.Observe the clinical effect of each group after3months,including the size of uterine fibroid volume, symptom score changes, etc.Results: The uterine and fibroid volume were reduced in average in the treatmentgroup and control group,and also the clinical symptoms. the total effective rate was93.33%in the treatment group (acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined withGuizhifuling capsule group). The total effective rate was73.33%in the control group1(simple abdominal Guizhi Fuling Capsule group).The control group2(control group) wereincreased, no recovered.After treatment,the size of myoma of uterus, uterine volume, clinical symptom in thetreatment group and the control group in difference is statistically significant (P <0.001),by comparison, treatment outcome measures before three were decreased.The patients with uterine myoma volume and clinical symptom score in the controlgroup2had significant difference after treatment(P<0.001),compared to3months agobefore.But for uterine size, there was no significant difference (P>0.001).After treatment, patients in each groups with uterine myoma size, clinical symptomscore, the size of the uterus in general,the difference was statistically significant ingenerally(P<0.001).Comparison between groups, the differences between the three groupswas statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group were better than the treatment group1and control group2.Conclusion: Acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with Guizhifuling capsulegroup and simple use of Guizhi Fuling Capsule group in the volume of leiomyoma haveeffect in reduceing uterine size, improving the clinical symptoms, its clinical effect is farhigher than that of control group2, and the acupoint catgut embedding therapy combinedwith Guizhifuling capsule clinical efficacy is superior to simple Guizhi Fuling Capsulegroup.(1) Catgut implantation at Acupoint:Catgut Implantation at acupoint combined withGuizhifuling capsule is better than simple use of Guizhi Fuling Capsule group. But theactual operation, acupoint catgut embedding has more advantages than the acupuncture,acupoint catgut embedding therapy of simple operation,short time operation, and longduration of action, in line with the modern fast rhythm of life. Can save time for patients,sopatients are easy to accept, compliance with high, suitable for application in clinicalpractice.(2) Guizhi Fuling Capsule: from the test results, the treatment effect is remarkable,simply use the total efficiency of up to73.33%, no significant differences in Guizhi Fulingpill treatment effect with previous reports in the literature. Capsule preparation isconvenient to carry, oral, and reduce the suffering of patients with oral administration oftraditional Chinese medicine, facilitate clinical application.(3) Acupoint selection: this test combines ancient and modern treatment ofgynecological abdominal diseases with high frequency point, selects the Sanyinjiao(double), Guan yuan, Komiya Ana (double).Clinical effects have been achieved expected,research on acupoints and woman mass but throughout the past, the point is not the besttreatment of gynecological abdominal acupuncture points, in the clinical treatment ofcatgut embedding catgut embedding time, frequency and the need to further clinicalresearch.
