The Clinical Research About Easing Pain After Hemorrhoids-Morgan Hemorrhoedectomy With Catgut Implantation At Acupoint

ObjectiveHemorrhoids are the most common clinical disease of the anus,with most of mixed hemorrhoids.Hemorrhoids-Morgan Hemorrhoedectomy is one of the treatments ofⅢ,Ⅳmixed hemorrhoids,and pain is the most intractable problems after operation.There are many ways dealing with the pain:such as taking medicine,applying,hip baths,anusal suppositories,local injection of sclerosing agents,physical therapies,oral administration of drugs such as the stability of blood vessels,but there are some side effects.Catgut implantation at acupoint is taken in order to explore a new,safe and effective method,to maintain the efficacy of a long time and low cost.MethodsJune 2007～March 2009 in Anorectal of our hospital 75 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids are taken in after the operation of Hemorrhoids-Morgan Hemorrhoedectomy.They were randomly divided into treatment group(Acupoint catgut embedding group) and the control group with the central subjects.Try our best to minimize errors.Catgut Implantation at the implementation of the treatment group:Use sterile forceps to take in a section of inactive catgut, put it into the front of the needle,and then followed by needle acupunctures. Rapidly penetrate the point of this need into the muscle and it is about 1.0-1.5cm deep,and the core-needle is moved forward.Then push the core-needle,simultaneously retreat the needle tube.Use Cotton to push needle holes with a while,and check,then paste band-aid to prevent pinhole infection. Control group:conventional treatment,non-acupoint embedding.Blind evaluation:the staff who observe and record the pain score were not involved in the study and as a third party(in charge of night shift nurses and nurses),and the other to a non-statisticians to participate in the research-oriented personnel,and other staff to assist in its work.After operation completed,observe the hours of pain evaluation 4,6,8,24,48,72,96,120.The main Observation indicators are:visual analogue score(VAS),oral portray score method(score 6),Faces Pain Scale,(FPS).ResultsEmbedding group and control group at different points in time VAS,VRS and FPS score comparison,patients in both groups after hours 4,6,8,24,48,72,96,120 score P＞0.05,may be that the embedding group and the control group in the postoperative VAS score was no significant difference. Observation of two different points in time after the duration of pain score of the comparison.Patients in pain two hours after 4,6,8,24,72,120 duration score P＞0.05,may be that the embedding group and the control group in the postoperative VAS score was no significant difference.After 48 hours,96 hours and the total time of pain P＜0.05,statistically significantConclusionsEmbedding group and the control group VAS,VRS-6,FPS score P＞0.05,in the middle stage of the two groups of subjects,no significant difference between the two groups was not significant.This study showed that after 4 hours～8 hours after the pain continued to increase to eight hours of postoperative pain reached a peak after～8 hours after 120 hours of continuing to reduce pain in patients with up to disappear.
