The Study On Integrative Rehabilitation Option Of Dysphagia From Cerebral Infarction Based On Acupuncture Cure And Functional Training

Objectives : To observe the influence of dysphagia from cerebral infarction based on acupuncture cure and functional training, check the dominance that acupuncture cure and functional training with vocastim-master therapy dysphagia, to provide the objective evidenced for clinic.Methods: Selection criteria in line with the selected 60 cases of dysphagia from cerebral infarction patients, patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,groupA,groupB,groupC,20 cases in each group. A group was accepted acupuncture cure ,standard rehabilitation treatment,vocastim-master management. B group was accepted standard rehabilitation treatment and acupuncture cure . C group was accepted vocastim-master management. Each group was assessed with WST evaluation scale,dysphagia cntent scale,dysphagia function condition scale respectively before and after treatment.Results:â‘ The clinical curative effect: groupA,s total effective rate for treatment on dysphagia from cerebral infarction was 95%,exceed obviously that of the groupB and groupC in method,which was 85% and 60%( P<0.05).â‘¡Three groups of patients with dysphagia from cerebral infarction significantly improved symptoms,there were significant differences between them( P<0.01 ) ,with statistical significance.â‘¢In the treatment of patients with groupA and groupB,groupC, before and after the treatment of WST evaluation scale,dysphagia cntent scale and dysphagia function condition scale had the significant differences between them(. P<0.01),and groupA is superior to groupB as well as groupC.Conclusions : Functional training,acupuncture cure, vocastim-master management could improved symptoms dysphagia from cerebral infarction patients, there were significant for treatment,its curativeeffect is definite.It is convenience and security for taking orally,and worthing for clinical popularize.
