Clinical Study Of The Method Of Nourishing Kidney-heart And Adjusting Rhythm In The Treatment Of Sick Sinus Syndrome

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of nourishing kidney-heart and adjusting rhythm in the treatment of sick sinus syndrome the clinical efficacy and safety.MethodSelected patients with sick sinus syndrome that meet the inclusion standard,randomized controlled trials were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group patients were given recipe of nourishing kidney-heart and adjusting rhythm,the control group patients were given oral heart pill,12 weeks of treatment.Observed the indicators such as palpitation,chest tightness,shortness of breath and other clinical symptoms,Holter,heart rate,blood pressure,blood routine,liver and kidney function.ResultA total of 70 cases of case data were collected,after clinical observation and statistics,Two groups of patients before and after intervention TCM syndrome integral score improved,the treatment group improved more significantly(t=-3.343,P=0.001<0.01),the total effective rate was 91.43%(U=328.00,P=0.000<0.01).Heart rate: Two groups of patients before and after intervention 24 hours' total heart rate,average heart rate,slowest heart rate,fastest heart rate and the instant heart rate improved,the treatment group improved more significantly(t=-6.852 ?-6.851 ?-9.182 ?-9.779 ?-8.977,,P=0.000?0.000?0.000?0.000?0.000<0.01),the total effective rate of Holter was 85.71%(U=328.50,P=0.000<0.01).There was no significant difference in blood pressure,blood routine,liver and kidney function before and after treatment(P>0.05).No adverse events were found in the treatment process.ConclusionIt is safe and effective to treat sick sinus syndrome(both heart and kidney deficiency)with the method of nourishing kidney-heart and adjusting rhythm.
