Objective: Through to the coronary heart disease in patients with heart blood stasissyndrome, coronary heart disease patients without heart qi deficiency syndrome andnormal plasma ring adenosine phosphate cAMP, catecholamine level of E and NE changesof comparative study, preliminary discussion on coronary heart disease (CHD) heart qideficiency syndrome characteristics and clinical significance in patients with cardiacfunction change, so as to the study of the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease heart qideficiency syndrome, also looking for patients with coronary heart disease heart qideficiency syndrome clinical syndrome provide objective reference index, search ringadenosine phosphate cAMP, catecholamine level of E and NE in judging proof conditionand prognosis of coronary heart disease in meaning, for the diagnosis of coronary heartdisease heart qi deficiency syndrome and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinesemedicine to provide new basis for modern medicine. Methods: Select aged30~65of30patients with coronary heart disease heart qi deficiency syndrome,30cases of patientswithout heart qi deficiency syndrome,30cases of normal people cAMP of three groups ofsubjects was determined by ELISA technology, E, NE level. Results: The heart qideficiency syndrome with coronary heart disease group and normal control group,compared with coronary heart disease of heart blood stasis syndrome group the level ofplasma cAMP, E, NE was increased. Coronary heart disease (CHD) heart qi deficiencysyndrome group has correlation with three indexes. Coronary heart disease (CHD) heart qideficiency syndrome group and three indicators has no relevance. Conclusion:1.PlasmacAMP, E, NE can serve as a judge index xinxin stasis syndrome of coronary artery disease.2.Gs-AC-cAMP-PKA signaling pathways mediating RyR2open abnormalities may be one of the main mechanisms of CHD heart qi deficiency syndrome. |
