Objective:Through observe and evaluate before surgery ear preemptive analgesia intervention buried seeds mixed hemorrhoid pain after clinical efficacy and safety. To find a clinically method, which is safe, effective, convenient, inexpensive, easily accepted by patients with non-invasive, painless of prevention and treatment of postoperative pain hemorrhoids toxic side effects. Methods:from August2012to October2013Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine anorectal hospital choose the patients who met the inclusion criteria of60cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group A (30patients) and control group B (30patients) two group. Both groups were taken Yao Shu points in anesthesia ligation outer peel treatment group A preoperative method of using ear seeds buried in the control group, B is adopted after oral diclofenac sodium delayed-release tablets approach. Use of postoperative pain after2,10,24,48,72hour changes were collected two points and analgesic drugs in patients, using a visual analog scale(VAS) score to value the the pain scores. Finally, the two groups were compared postoperative pain situations and drug use.Results:60patients enrolled mixed hemorrhoid patients, age, gender was no significant difference between comparable.1, respectively, for the first2,10,24,48,72hour postoperative pain scores between the two groups were statistically analyzed by t test groups were statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group a mean VAS was significantly lower than the control group of patients with B.2, the use of analgesic drugs in treatment group A was significantly lower than the control group B.3, the two groups were not serious adverse reactions occur. Conclusion:Prepare giving ear seeds buried postoperative pain and postoperative interventions diclofenac sodium sustained release oral tablets in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain are effective, but buried seeds preoperative and postoperative ear pain conditions by wound sustained release oral diclofenac tablets significantly reduced compared to the advantages of the use of analgesic drugs. This method is simple, safe, no side effects, it is worth to select the application and promotion in clinical practice.
