Clinical Observation Of Buried Seeds In The Treatment Of Diabetic Gastroparesis And Xiaoke Decoction Combined With Auricular Points

Objective:Understanding of Chinese and Western Medicine on type2diabetes induced gastroparesis clinical therapy;randomized controlled by the clinical trials, to observe the effect of removing the clinical curative effect and the recurrence of buried seeds in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis and Xiaoke decoction combined with auricular point, and mechanism of the rule of treatment of the disease.Methods:Divide36cases of diabetic gastroparesis patients into treatment group and c-ontrol group with18cases randomly.in each group,were given the control diet,inproper motion,drugs to control blood sugar and other basic treatment,the treatm-ent group were given self exc-ept buried seeds and Xiaoke soup with ear acupunctu-re,traditional Chinese medicine decoction daily agent, water frying400ml, sooner or later in fasting clothes, auricular buried seeds were given3times a day,each signal earacupoints, clinical with mild pain is appropriate,3days after the change to continue, the treatment of ear acupoints, last for4weeks; the control group was given oral trea-tment of citric acid Mosa Billy before, each time5mg,3times a day, just for4weeks After4weeks, compared two groups before and after treatment the total efficiency an-d blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood viscosity, and to observe the recurrence of follo w-up for6months.Results:Treatment group total effectiveness88.9%,the comparison group total effectiveness72.2%, difference between the two groups is significant (P<0.05); the two group after treatment than before treatment, the blood glucose was significantly decreased (P<0.05), difference between the two groups is significant (P<0.05); the two group after treatment than before treatment, blood viscosity significantly improved (P<0.05), difference between the two groups is significant (P<0.05); the two group after treatment than before treatment, glycosylated hemoglobin were decreased significantly (P<0.05),difference between the two groups is significant (P<0.05); to compare the rate of recurrence after6months:the relapse rate in treatment group5%, ontrol group he recurrence rate was60%in treatment group, ecurrence ate was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:In addition to buried seed on diabetic gastroparesis effective PI Xiaoke dectio n combined with auricular point, can relieve gastroparesis caused byanorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and other gastrointestinal symptoms,improve blood viscosity, blood glucose,hemoglobi-nn and other laboratoryindexes in patients with dia-betes mellitus, greatly reduce the recurrence rate,reduce adverse reaction in clinical western medicine treatment, and is worthy of populariz-eation.
