Purpose:Observe the Chinese medicine herbal fumigation with ear pressure seedmixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain affects the clinical efficacy of,as to reducepostoperative pain,promote the recovery of patients.Material and method:According to a randomized, controlled trial designprinciples,60cases of mixed hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into twogroups:Treatment and control groups,30cases in each.The treatment group receivedauricular acupressure and hospital of traditional Chinese medicine preparation(Themain drugs, including:Scutellaria、Phellodendron、Berberine、Chuanxiong、Corydalis、Rheum)of Fumigation Bath after.The control group was given oralanalgesics(Paracetamol and Tramadol Hydrochloride Tablets)and Potassiumpermanganate lotion Fumigation Bath.The same as the conventional treatment ofPerioperative,Clinical operation,Observed in patients with postoperative pain,postoperative wound edema in two groups.Results:1.Two groups all have good analgesic effect.But the treatment group’s VSA score inevery time point are all lower than the control group(P<0.05),so it has statisticalsignificance. It indicates that the therapeutic results of the treatment group aresuperior to that of the control group.2.Postoperative complications,treatment group in reducing postoperative edema incidencethan the control group(P<0.05),Statistically significant.Conclusion:1. Chinese medicine herbal fumigation with ear pressure to relieve postoperative paintreatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery have a significant effect.2.The postoperative anal margin edema and other complications also decreasedsignificantly.3.Chinese medicine preparations direct role in local wound,Reduce the drug orally damage to the gastrointestinal tract,Faster onset time.
