Auricular Point Sticking For Clinical Study Of Mixed Hemorrhoids Postoperation Pain And Defecation Analgesia

Objective: to observe and study the application of auricular point sticking method in postoperative pain and defecation of mixed hemorrhoids,evaluate its efficacy and guide clinical treatment.Methods: 60 cases of postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids selected in this study were all hospitalized patients who met the inclusion criteria,including pain and discomfort in defecation caused by postoperative mixed hemorrhoids from January 2018 to January 2019 in the department of proctology,affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,xinjiang medical university.Among them,32 male patients and 28 female patients,were randomly divided into the experimental group,aged between 25 and 70 years old.control group with a random number table according to the date of surgery,30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids under combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia.Postoperative symptomatic treatments such as antibiotics to prevent infection and hemostasis were routinely given.Oral admi nistration of traditional Chinese medicine and sitz bath were given twice a day.On the basis of this treatment,the experimental group was treated with auricular point sticking The patients were placed in a sitting or supine position and their heads were tilted to one side.Single ear anus,rectum,constipation point,spleen,triple jiao and shenmen acupoints were selected.After the auricle was disinfected with cotton swabs and dirt was removed,the seeds of coleba coleba were fixed on the selected acupoi nts with about 5*5mm adhesive tape,and the auricular acupoints were rubbed and pressed by fingers from light to heavy,so as to produce a sense of acid,hemp and distension.The patient was told to press the acupoint for 2-3 minutes before defecation and 10 minutes before dressing change,and to press the bean at the ear acupoint once every 2 days.The two ears were pressed alternately,and the patient was placed and observed for 7 days.Efficacy scores of patients in the 2 groups at 3,5 and 7 days after surgery were recorded.Results: the scores showed that 3 days after the operation,in VAS and defecation,two groups difference was no significant.Therefore,the difference was not statistically significant 3 days after surgery(P > 0.05).Five and seven days after surgery,the experimental group was in VAS?pain in defecation,there was significant statistically(P < 0.05)between the two groups.Therefore,auricular point sticking can relieve the wound pain of patients after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids and improve the discomfort symptoms of dressing change.but it was no significant statistically to promote defecation iscomfort symptoms.
