| Objective: To study the effect of auricular buried beans combined with thermal moxibustion on postoperative pain relief of anal fistula.Methods: 150 posterative patients with anal fistula satisfied the standard of cases included were divided into three groups,namely,auricular buried beans combined with heat sensitive moxibustion group(experimental group,50cases),blank group(50cases)and diclofenac sodium group(control group,50cases),on the first postoperative day of patients were observed,main indicators :the patient pain intensity,pain duration,pain frequency,onset time,pain remission rate,postoperative 3d C reation protein(CRP),postoperative 3d interleukin(IL)-6and degree of pain when dressing.Secondary index: the heart rate difference and the difference of blood pressure before and after the pain relief.Results: the clinical data statistics show that: The experimental group was better than the blank group(P < 0.05)in the degree of pain,duration of pain,pain frequency and efficiency,and there was no significant difference between experimental group and diclofenac sodium group(P > 0.05);The onset time of the treatment group was better than that of diclofenac sodium group(P < 0.05);The experimental group and the control group in the postoperative 2d,3d reduced CRP was better than the blank group(P < 0.05);The experimental group and the control group were better than the blank group(P < 0.05)in the postoperative 3d reduction of IL-6;The three groups were not statistically significant(P > 0.05)in dressing pain and changes of physiological indexes before and after pain relief.Conclusion: Auricular beans combined with thermal moxibustion can effectively alleviate anal fistula Postoperative pain,reduce the occurrence of pain,relieve the pain of patients and improve the clinical efficacy,shows the advantages of Chinese medicine,provides a safe and effective way for the prevention and relief of pain after anal fistula surgery. |
