Auricular Application Of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Mixture And Pressure For The Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Postoperative Pain

Purpose：Observation of auricular point sticking with injection ofacid triamcinolone acetonide mixture of combining the efficacy oftreatment of anorectal postoperative painMaterial and method：Select60cases of patients from the LiaoningProvincial Hospital of anorectal,, All of them did the externaldissection and internal ligation.60patients were randomly dividedinto treatment group and control group.Every group has30cases.Forthe treatment group,30patients were treated with auricular pointsticking and Triamcinolone acetonide aceTATe(1%acetic acid QuAn Nedinjection1ml，1%Methylene blue injection0.5ml，0.5%Ropivacaine5ml，0.9%Sodium chloride injection13.5ml，18ml in total).For thecontrol group,30patients were treated with auricular point stickingand methylene blue mixture(0.5ml of1%methylthioninium chlorideinjection,14.5ml of0.9%Sodium chloride injection,5ml of0.5%ropivacaine hydrochloride,12ml in total). Observation of thepatient’s degree of postoperative pain、postoperative wound edema and the time of postoperative wound healing in two groupsResults：1.. Two groups all have good analgesic effect.But the treatmentgroup’s VSA score in every time point are all lower than the controlgroup（P<0.05）,so it has statistical significance. It indicates thatthe therapeutic results of the treatment group are superior to thatof the control group.2. The treatment group’s complication rate is lower than he controlgroup（P<0.05）,so it has statistical significance.3. The two groups’ healing time are basically the same（P>0.05）,itis no statistical difference.Conclusion：1. Using auricular point sticking with injection of acidtriamcinolone acetonide mixture to treat the patient’spostoperative pain after the operation of mixed hemorrhoid hadsignificant curative effects.The complication,such as postoperativedesire to defecate、oedema of anal verge,is decreased significantly 2. This therapy is efficient,feasible,low cost,and reduce the sideffect of the analgesics.So it is easily acceptable to patients.
