The Nursing Research Of Auricular Points Pressing Combined With Music Therapy To Control The Postoperative Pain In Mixed Hemorrhoids Patients

Purpose:Objective To observe the effect of music therapy combined with auricular point sticking on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.To provide a more simple,safe,non-invasive,no side effects and easy to be accepted by patients with mixed hemorrhoid postoperative analgesia nursing methods.Method:April 2016?December 2016 Changchun in a hospital 160 cases of Anorectal Postoperative mixed hemorrhoids patients were divided into 4 groups,auricular plaster group,music therapy group,auricular acupressure united music therapy group and control group,40 cases in each group.After intervention treatment,the pain indexes of 9am and 3pm were recorded after 4 hours,second days after operation,9am and 3pm,third days after operation,9am and 3pm,and fourth days after operation.Main outcome measures:visual analogue scale(VAS),oral descriptive scale(VRS),and 24 hour pain duration score.Main outcome measures:the incidence of postoperative urinary retention after the operation of the number of users of Oxycodone and Acetaminophen Tablets.Result:Main outcome measures:fourth days 9am and 3pm visual simulation of four groups of patients after 4 hours and second days after 9am and 3pm,9am and 3pm third days after operation,postoperative pain score(VAS),(VRS),oral portray score of 24 hours duration of pain score,the difference was significant of(P<0.05),with statistical significance,auricular pressure combined with music therapy to alleviate the effect of the best patients with?perianal pain after operation of mixed hemorrhoids;secondary outcome measures:comparison of the number of four patients were treated with Oxycodone and Acetaminophen Tablets,which has a significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance,minimum number of Auricular Pressure Combined with music therapy in patients taking Oxycodone and Acetaminophen Tablets.The number of postoperative urinary retention in the four groups was compared with that of P>0.05,and there was no statistical significance.Conclusion:Auricular point sticking and music therapy all reduced the degree of pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoid in different degrees.The combination of the two has obvious effect on relieving postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoid compared with the single method.On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and meridian theory,using auricular pressure combined with music therapy,this method has the advantages of safe operation,low price,easy to grasp the advantages,provides a new choice for the clinical nursing of analgesia.
