Objective: Postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoid operation is a major difficulty for patients and anorectal doctors, and postoperative complications such as urinary retention was often caused at the same time.At present, oral analgesics are mainly used to relieve pain, while the side effects are obvious. To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture analgesia after mixed hemorrhoids, observe the effect of postoperative pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids and prevent complications, and provide a clinical basis for non-drug therapy in relieving postoperative pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Method: 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria of postoperative mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into acupuncture group(n=36)and western medicine group(n=36).The patients in the 2 groups were treated with conventional postoperative general treatment. The acupuncture group applied the conventional acupuncture method to acupuncture Chengshan(double),Erbai(double),Zusanli(double),Baihui acupoint to relieve pain, while the control group used oral tramadol hydrochloride sustained release tablets. The pain degree, urination and other indicators of all the patients were observed in the 1st to 10 th day after surgery, and the changes of the conditions were recorded and evaluated.SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS:(1)After treatment, the VAS scores of the treatment group were lower than the control group on the second day,the fourth day to the tenth day,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)The difference between the first and seventh days of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)There were significant differences in wound edema, limb mobility, urination and defecation between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Acupuncture analgesia after mixed hemorrhoids operation is effective;(2)Acupuncture analgesia after mixed hemorrhoids operation can reduce the degree of wound pain, reduce the dosage of drugs, reduce the degree of wound edema, improve the condition of urination and defecation and limb mobility.
